Dylan Pargiter-Green

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University, Dylan has worked in financial advice since 2016. He has always been passionate about personal finance and creating wealth with a well-thought-out strategy.
His desire to always encourage his clients to do a little more each year, grow, and build in a way that he knows they will reflect on with a proud smile in the years to come led him to found Bold Wealth.
“I’ve always wanted to be in a position to help others, and this is up there with the best jobs in the world for that”
His interests outside of work includes anything consumable! Dylan is a lover of restaurants, cafes, great food, coffee, wine – the list goes on, but you can rest assured, there will be great coffee if you meet him for a café meeting.

Bill Jackson
Director, Financial Advisor

Bill has been providing financial advice since 2013, achieving Certified Financial Planner status in 2015.
He helps his clients by understanding their unique goals and developing strategies to help them achieve these.
Whilst having a keen interest in small businesses, he also assists pre-retirees to grow and optimise their superannuation, younger families with their insurance needs, and self managed super fund strategies.
Bill also has a strong understanding of tax, accounting and business structures, leading the financial planning arm of an accounting practice for many years. This knowledge of the tax system helps him put together creative strategies to help clients minimise their taxes where possible.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys travel, sport and food and wine. He is kept busy by his 7 and 6-year-old daughters and his very active Beagle.

Daniel Palmer

When Daniel started working in the Financial Planning world in 2017, he knew very quickly that this was going to be the career for him. He saw the immediate value of what a deliberate and considered financial plan can deliver to families and individuals. He realised that without a plan, people’s goals and dreams were unlikely to become a reality, and likely remain as simply dreams. He gets immense satisfaction in assisting his clients make their dreams a possibility.

Outside of helping his clients, he is a Western Bulldogs tragic and follows the New England Patriots very closely in the NFL (ask him about his Superbowl trip. He loves to share it). There is nothing he loves more than spending time with his young family and seeing his two boys, Landon and Freddie the Border Collie, grow up to be best friends.

Kurt Alexander Prebble is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) with more than 15 years’ experience helping clients achieve financial clarity and confidence. Based in Wollongong, his advice is grounded in a holistic approach to wealth management, covering retirement planning, superannuation (including SMSFs and defined benefit schemes), investment strategy, and risk protection.
Before joining Bold Wealth, Kurt held senior advice roles across leading institutions and boutique firms, earning a reputation for his technical expertise, integrity, and genuine care for his clients’ long-term success. He is passionate about simplifying complex financial concepts and building trusted, enduring relationships that support his clients through every life stage.
Outside of work, Kurt is married with two young children and enjoys spending quality time with his family. An active and outdoors-focused person, he enjoys surfing, yoga and ultra-runner, always up for a challenge on both land and sea.

Courtney Biggs

Courtney is a Mildura-based adviser who is motivated by optimising client outcomes and delivers value to those both locally and geographically spanned.
Having been in the industry over 20 years, Courtney has learnt from the bottom-up. Starting her career in reception and administration whilst completing her studies and progressing into strategy development (Para Planning) and then into advisory. This progression has enabled Courtney to gain a deep understanding of the financial planning process and profession, and what is important to clients every step of the way.
During her career, Courtney has seen the value a tax efficient structure can provide in optimising client longer-term wealth and financial planning outcomes. This motivated her decision to complete her CPA. This knowledge assists Courtney to work closely with accountants in strategy formulation for better outcomes – now and in the future.
Courtney’s holistic approach ensures every client receives personalised advice that aligns with their values and long-term objectives. After completing his Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) degree, Brett joined Bold Wealth in 2024. Currently completing his Professional Year, he is excited to help clients take control of their financial future, turning their aspirations into practical, achievable outcomes.
Brett is passionate about utilising investment strategies that help clients build long-term wealth to achieve their goals, while ensuring the right risk management structures are in place to protect what matters most. He believes real financial confidence comes from having a clear path forward, with the right protections in place should life take an unexpected turn.

With more than 20 years of experience across executive and business support, marketing and communications, Bron is passionate about creating content that informs, educates and connects with people.
At Bold Wealth, she looks after our blogs, social media, website content and client emails, helping share practical insights and keep clients up to date with what's happening across the business.
When she's not behind the keyboard, you'll usually find Bron spending time with family and friends, planning her next travel adventure or out for a walk with her spoodle, Willow.
Kimberly Babao

Kim has always been drawn to management and finance, fascinated by how they intertwine with people’s lives and the opportunities they create. This curiosity led her to pursue studies in Accounting, Business, and Management.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Finance from the University of the Philippines, Kim worked in banking, specialising in loan management. She assisted business clients by managing their accounts and processing applications, gaining valuable experience in financial services.
Since then, Kim has been dedicated to assisting clients and providing support. Her eagerness to learn and grow led her to Bold Wealth, where she discovered the value of financial planning and the impact it has on people’s lives.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys many things but has a particular love for art, nature, the company of her books, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Joy Pueblos brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others. With a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Negros Oriental State University - Dumaguete City, she developed a solid foundation in finance, administration, and client service.
During her university years, Joy gained practical experience through internships within the Human Resources and Accounting departments, where she supported administrative processes, prepared reports, and assisted in delivering quality service to clients and stakeholders. These experiences strengthened her organisational skills and reinforced her desire to build a career focused on supporting people and creating positive outcomes.

Outside of work, Joy loves spending time with her younger sister, nieces, and family. Rei is a graduate of Foundation University in Dumaguete City, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. During her internship at a local accounting firm, she developed strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a disciplined approach to problem-solving. While her academic background is in accounting, she discovered a passion for financial planning after recognising its importance in helping individuals achieve financial security and accomplish their long-term financial goals.
Since joining Bold Wealth, Rei has settled into her role well and continues to grow both professionally and personally. She appreciates the company’s culture of collaboration, unity, and teamwork, where colleagues support and learn from one another to deliver the best outcomes for clients. Joei has been helping financial advisers with their administrative work since 2016, and has been working with Dylan since 2021.
Joei earned a degree of Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management Accounting at the University of San Jose-Recoletos in the Philippines.
Joei is a mom of 2 lovely boys. She loves to cook and spend her free time at the beach and on the mountains with her family.
